Getting to the U of MN East Bank from 35W (directions take you to parking ramp):
From the south: As you're nearing the downtown Minneapolis area, watch
for the signs directing you to the U of M/3rd Street exit. Remain in
the right lanes that split from 35W. Follow the east bank sign, exiting
off the main roadway. You'll merge onto Washington Avenue
and, once you cross the bridge over the Mississippi, you'll be on the
east bank. The parking ramp is located on Washington - take a left on
Harvard and circle around the ramp to the entrance.
From the north: Take the University Avenue/4th Street exit. Turn left
at the second set of lights, University Avenue SE. You'll be heading
east toward the heart of the east bank. At Oak street turn right and
continue to Washington Avenue, turn right and continue to Harvard
Street, turn right and circle around to the entrance.
Getting to the U of MN East Bank from I-94 (directions take you to parking ramp):
From the east: Follow I-94 and take the Huron Boulevard exit. Turn left
on Washington Avenue and continue to Harvard Street, turn right and
circle around to the entrance.
From the west: Follow I-94 and take the Huron Boulevard exit. Turn left
on Washington Avenue and continue to Harvard Street, turn right and
circle around to the entrance.
